We do not provide fresh florals for this design- you will need to source them from somewhere else. If you want help placing flowers on your cake, we have guides to give you inspiration on how to arrange flowers and show you how many flowers you need to complete various looks

Any dates that are not available on our calendar are already filled or not available for pick up or delivery. Cakes can stay great in a fridge for up to 4 days or in a freezer for up to 10. If a date is unavailable, you may select another date as long as you can keep it in cold storage. We have extensive information on how to transport and store your cake here

Allergen and dietary restrictions - As we work out of a shared kitchen, we try our hardest to prevent cross contamination but you can view our allergen warning here to evaluate if our practices are safe for you.

Cakes can be picked up in Denver or delivered within Denver. When noted, cakes can be shipped within the continental US.

Shipped cakes will be mailed with traceable USPS number.

If you select a pick up option

Rather than delivery to the final destination, the responsibility of ensuring the cake and desserts you ordered arrive at their destination in great condition is solely up to you (the client)

By purchasing any items for pick up you are agreeing to the following terms “I understand the risk involved in transporting my own cake or dessert goods, and agree to take full responsibility for any damage that occurs once the cake is left at the pick up location” Many of our clients opt for pick up rather than delivery due to its convenience and lower cost, please read our transportation and storage guide carefully and ensure you are able to follow those instructions before ordering items for pick up

Delivery requests outside Denver
Cakes may be ordered for pick up or delivery outside of Denver, orders can be requested and if approved the balance must be paid within 48 hours. If balance is not paid in 48 hours, order will be canceled and you will have to resubmit an order request.

Cancellation, reschedule, and no-shows

Please, please, please arrive prepared and on time for your pick up. If you miss your pick up window, your order will be canceled with no refunds.

Vendor is entitled to full payment after invoice has been paid. Dates cannot be changed - this includes any reschedules. Our full cancellation policy can be viewed here
